When placing your order please be sure to include your full address, as the most common reason for delayed orders in incomplete addresses, we need your name, house number/name, street, town and postcode, and your current email address in case there is any problem with your order and we need to contact you.(details including email adresses are not passed on to anyone else and we will only contact you regarding your order, no newsletters etc.!)

Worldwide(Europe & USA) by Regular Airmail: £1.50

Worldwide(Europe & USA) by International Signed for (or equivalent) : £4.50

All Card Payments are handled for us by worldpay.com at their secure payment site, which you are directed to after you have chosen your items and filled in our order form, you will then get an automatic order confirmation email from us, and when you pay you will also get a transaction number, this is why it is important that you use your current email address and full postal address. 

We have no access to any or your bank/card details apart from your name and address, as worldpay cover all aspects of this for us.

If you wish to send a cheque/postal order please let us know this when placing your order, and make any cheque/postal order payable to JULES. Items will be sent when payment is recieved in full.
