Sometimes called horseshoes, circular barbells are such a versatile piece of body jewellery, and can be used in most piercings, including belly buttons, nipples, septums and various ear piercings. The 1.2mm x 10mm size barbells have 4mm blue jewelled front facing balls, whilst the larger 1.6mm x 12mm ones have 5mm balls.
