Circular barbells are such a versatile piece of body jewellery and can be use in most piercings including, septums, belly buttons, nipples and ear cartilage piercings. The 1.2mm x 10mm horseshoes have 4mm jewelled balls, whilst the 1.6mm x 12mm circular barbells have 5mm red jewelled balls.
